ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders will be fulfilled from Amazon warehouses:
- For US orders: From our US-based Amazon warehouses.
- For Canadian orders: From our Canada-based Amazon warehouses.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Canada & US)
We offer the following shipping options based on your location:
For US Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (shipping from US warehouses)
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (shipping from US warehouses)
For Canadian Orders:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (shipping from Canadian warehouses)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (shipping from Canadian warehouses)

Expedited Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method..
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the US. Please check back in the future as we expand our shipping services.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged when the package arrives at the destination country.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@sweetcuddlynight.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method minus any applicable shipping fees. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@sweetcuddlynight.com with photos of the product, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
